The 2024 first years Inter house athletics competition started today. Four houses, namely, Nkrumah House (green), Asumda House (blue ), Sankara House (red) and Mandela House (yellow) are vying or competing for the championship title. Addressing the students during the opening ceremony, the Headmaster stated that, the first years Inter house athletics competition is an opportunity for the first year students to display their talents and skills in athletics competition with their mates and amongst the various houses. He encouraged the students to put in their best and accept the outcome of the various events in the spirit of good sportsmanship as athletes and houses will not perform equally. He urged the officiating officials to be fair to all the houses. The Headmaster wished all the athletes and houses success and declared the 2024 first years Inter house athletics competition open.
